  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5346, to Senate File 2312 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 11, line 21, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "herd." the following:  "This paragraph shall not
  1  5 apply to an approved premises, if all of the following
  1  6 conditions are satisfied:
  1  7    (1)  The approved premises is not located closer
  1  8 than one-half mile from a noninfected herd.
  1  9    (2)  The swine kept at the approved premises are
  1 10 exclusively feeder pigs which have been relocated from
  1 11 a herd subject to a cleanup plan.
  1 12    (3)  Prior to being relocated, the swine must be
  1 13 part of a group within the herd that has reacted
  1 14 negatively to a differentiable test according to
  1 15 results of a random sampling of fifty-nine swine
  1 16 within the group, as required by rules adopted by the
  1 17 department consistent with the national pseudorabies
  1 18 eradication program.
  1 19    (4)  The swine must be vaccinated twice with a
  1 20 differentiable vaccine in accordance with the cleanup
  1 21 plan for the herd."
