  1  1    Amend Senate File 2092, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by striking lines 26 through 31.
  1  4    #2.  Page 9, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.   .  Section 322C.11, Code 1999, is amended
  1  7 to read as follows:
  1  8    322C.11  PENALTIES.
  1  9    A person violating a provision of section 322C.3,
  1 10 or 322C.7 or 322C.8 is guilty of a serious
  1 11 misdemeanor."
  1 12    #3.  Page 15, by inserting after line 30, the
  1 13 following:
  1 14    "Sec.   .  Section 322C.8, Code 1999, is repealed."
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
