  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 1 through 3 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "student's grades or any
  1  5 correlation between student grades and violations of a
  1  6 federal, state, or local law, or institutional rule or
  1  7 policy governing the use or possession of alcohol or a
  1  8 controlled substance except as otherwise provided by
  1  9 the law.  The results".
