1 7 inserting the following:
1 8 "2. a. Moneys deposited in the solid waste
1 9 account as provided in section 455E.11, subsection 2,
1 10 paragraph "a", are appropriated to the department for
1 11 use as provided in subsection 1 after the
1 12 appropriation or allocation from that account to the
1 13 university of northern Iowa as provided in section
1 14 455E.11, subsection 2, paragraph "a", subparagraph
1 15 (2), subparagraph subdivision (b). Otherwise, moneys
1 16 deposited in the account are appropriated to the
1 17 department for use as provided in subsection 1 and
1 18 prior to an appropriation or allocation from that
1 19 account for any use or purpose provided for in section
1 20 455E.11, subsection 2, paragraph "a".
1 21 b. Moneys deposited in the household hazardous
1 22 waste account and the storage tank management account
1 23 as provided in subsection 2, paragraphs "c" and "d",
1 24 are".
1 25 #4. Page 13, lines 5 and 6, by striking the words
1 26 "this section" and inserting the following:
1 27 "subsection 1".
1 28 #5. Page 13, line 8, by inserting after the figure
1 29 "455E.11" the following: ", subsection 2, paragraphs
