  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-5164 to Senate File
  1  2 2254 as passed by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 39, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY.  Section
  1  6 252I.4, subsection 3, as amended in this Act, is
  1  7 retroactively applicable to January 1, 2000."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 43, the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "   .  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 11 word "development" the following:  "and providing for
  1 12 retroactive applicability"."
