  1  1    Amend Senate File 2216 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 6 and 7 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT COSTS.  There
  1  5 is appropriated from the general fund of the state to
  1  6 the Iowa department of public health for the fiscal
  1  7 year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001,
  1  8 the following amount, or so much thereof as is
  1  9 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
  1 10    For reimbursement of the treatment costs of
  1 11 pregnant women who are subject to civil commitment in
  1 12 accordance with this Act:  
  1 13 .................................................. $ 10,700,000"
  1 14    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the word "abusers"
  1 15 the following:  "and making an appropriation".
  1 16    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
