  1  4    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  This Act takes effect

  1  6    #2.  Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
  1  7 word "abusers" the following:  "and providing an
  1  8 effective date".
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
