  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "1A.  An individual or group policy or contract
  1  5 providing for third-party payment or prepayment of
  1  6 health or medical expenses which does not provide
  1  7 coverage benefits for viagra or similar drugs is not
  1  8 subject to the requirements of subsection 1."
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
