  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5071, to Senate file 2371 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 4, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "program." the following:  "Notwithstanding section
  1  5 8.33, unencumbered or unobligated funds remaining from
  1  6 the funds appropriated for this subsection shall not
  1  7 revert and shall be available for expenditure during
  1  8 subsequent fiscal years."
