  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "479.49" the following:  "unless otherwise agreed to
  1  4 in writing by the landowner and the pipeline company".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 19, by striking the words "the
  1  6 pipeline company" and inserting the following:  "any
  1  7 combination of the pipeline company, the landowner,".
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, line 31, by inserting after the figure
  1  9 "479A.28" the following:  "unless otherwise agreed to
  1 10 in writing by the landowner and the pipeline company".
  1 11    #4.  Page 2, line 11, by striking the words "the
  1 12 pipeline company" and inserting the following:  "any
