  1  1    Amend Senate File 2195 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by striking lines 3 through 6, and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "c.  Is a member of a family whose adjusted gross
  1  5 income does not exceed one two hundred eighty-five
  1  6 percent of the federal poverty level, as defined in 42
  1  7 U.S.C. } 9902(2), including any revision required by
  1  8 such section."
  1  9    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 15 through 27, and
  1 10 inserting the following:
  1 11    "1.  Cost sharing for eligible children whose
  1 12 family adjusted gross income is at or below one
  1 13 hundred fifty percent of the federal poverty level
  1 14 shall not exceed the standards permitted under 42
  1 15 U.S.C. } 1396(o)(a)(3) or } 1396(o)(b)(1).
  1 16    2.  Cost sharing for eligible children whose family
  1 17 adjusted gross income is between one hundred fifty
  1 18 percent and one two hundred eighty-five percent of the
  1 19 federal poverty level shall include a premium or
  1 20 copayment amount which is at least a minimum amount
  1 21 but which does not exceed five percent of the annual
  1 22 family adjusted gross income.  The amount of the
  1 23 premium or the copayment amount shall be based on a
  1 24 sliding fee scale established by rule which is based
  1 25 on family adjusted gross income and the size of the
  1 26 family."
  1 27    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
