PAG LIN 1 1 Amend Senate File 2188 as follows: 1 2 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 25 the 1 3 following: 1 4 "Sec. . Section 279.51, subsection 1, paragraph 1 5 e, Code Supplement 1999, is amended to read as 1 6 follows: 1 7 e. Notwithstanding paragraph "c", for each of the 1 8 fiscal years during the fiscal period beginning July 1 9 1, 1998, and ending June 30,20002004, fifty thousand 1 10 dollars of the funds allocated in paragraph "c" shall 1 11 be granted to each of the schools that received grants 1 12 under subsection 3 during the fiscal year beginning 1 13 July 1, 1993, or July 1, 1997, to allow for expansion 1 14 and to include identified minimum services if the 1 15 school submits a program plan pursuant to subsection 1 16 3." 1 17 #2.
