  1  3    #1.  Page 18, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  1999 Iowa Acts, Senate File 468,
  1  6 section 4, subsection 1, paragraph e, if enacted, is
  1  7 amended to read as follows:
  1  8    e.  For the operation of the Mt. Pleasant
  1  9 correctional facility, including salaries, support,
  1 10 maintenance, employment of correctional officers and a
  1 11 full-time chaplain to provide religious counseling at
  1 12 the Oakdale and Mt. Pleasant correctional facilities,
  1 13 miscellaneous purposes, and for not more than the
  1 14 following full-time equivalent positions:
