  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3447, to House File 322, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 12 through 14 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "   .  A contractor shall not on or after the
  1  7 effective date of this Act enforce a provision in a
  1  8 production contract if the provision".
  1  9    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
