  1  1    Amend the committee amendment, S-3204, to House
  1  2 File 696, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the
  1  3 House, as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 27 through 34 and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "deer or wild turkey should
  1  6 be limited or further regulated, the commission shall
  1  7 conduct a drawing to determine which applicants shall
  1  8 receive a license and the type of license.
  1  9 Applications for licenses shall be received during a
  1 10 period established by the commission.  At the end of
  1 11 the period a drawing shall be conducted.  The
  1 12 commission may establish rules to".
