1 4 #1. Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 8.
1 5 #2. Page 2, line 27, by inserting after the figure
1 6 "376," the following: "or similar legislation
1 7 transferring the office of the state medical examiner
1 8 from the department of public safety to the Iowa
1 9 department of public health,".
1 10 #3. Page 2, by inserting after line 30 the
1 11 following:
1 12 "# . Page 19, by inserting before line 1 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "Sec. 100. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH. There is
1 15 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 16 board of dental examiners of the department of public
1 17 health for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and
1 18 ending June 30, 1999, the following amount, or so much
1 19 thereof as is necessary, to be used for the purpose
1 20 designated:
1 21 For the board of dental examiners to pay the
1 22 necessary expenses of the members of the dental
1 23 hygiene committee created in section 153.33A and
1 24 administrative costs relating to the committee:
1 25 .................................................. $ 42,000"
1 26 # . Page 19, line 33, by inserting after the
1 27 word "enactment." the following: "Section 100 of this
1 28 Act, relating to a supplemental appropriation for the
1 29 board of dental examiners of the Iowa department of
1 30 public health, being deemed of immediate importance,
1 31 takes effect upon enactment.""
1 32 #4. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 33 and correcting internal references as necessary.
