  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 16, by striking the words
  1  4 "reasons for the resignation" and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "reason for the resignation if a
  1  6 substantial likelihood exists that the reason would
  1  7 result in the revocation or suspension of an officer's
  1  8 certification for a violation of the rules."
