  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 5 through 8 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "organizations, the
  1  5 commission on accreditation of rehabilitation
  1  6 facilities, the council on accreditation of services
  1  7 for families and children, or by any other federally
  1  8 recognized accrediting organization with comparable
  1  9 standards."
