1 49 "8. The drug utilization review commission shall
1 50 conduct an initial review of all drugs for which prior
2 1 authorization is required to determine if the drugs
2 2 should remain on the listing and shall report its
2 3 findings to the department by December 1, 1999. The
2 4 department shall report the findings to the general
2 5 assembly by January 1, 2000. Following the initial
2 6 review, the drug utilization review commission shall
2 7 conduct an annual review of all drugs for which prior
2 8 authorization is required to determine if the drugs
2 9 should remain on the listing and shall submit its
2 10 findings to the department by December 1 annually.
2 11 The department shall report the findings to the
2 12 general assembly, annually, by January 1."
