  1  1    Amend Senate File 465 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "4A.  An agreement shall provide that the community
  1  5 college shall provide postsecondary credit to
  1  6 participants."
  1  7    #2.  Page 4, line 2, by striking the words "twenty-
  1  8 five" and inserting the following:  "thirty-five".
  1  9    #3.  Page 4, by inserting after line 23 the
  1 10 following:
  1 11    "12.  An agreement shall provide that an employee
  1 12 of a corporate employer shall receive a stock option
  1 13 plan as part of the employee compensation package."
