  1  1    Amend Senate File 468 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, by inserting after line 5 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. 101.  1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1222, section
  1  5 25, subsection 3, is amended to read as follows:
  1  6    3.  For the installation of perimeter fencing and
  1  7 physical plant improvements at the Mt. Pleasant
  1  8 correctional facility:  
  1  9 .................................................. $    300,000"
  1 10    #2.  Page 26, by inserting after line 10 the
  1 11 following:
  1 12    "Section 101 of this Act, amending 1998 Iowa Acts,
  1 13 chapter 1222, being deemed of immediate importance,
  1 14 takes effect upon enactment."
  1 15    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
