  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 5 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW PARAGRAPH.  d.  If a delinquent amount is owed
  1  6 by an account holder for water service associated with
  1  7 a prior property or premises, a city utility, city
  1  8 enterprise, or".
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "directly" the following:  "to the city utility or
  1 11 enterprise".
  1 12    #3.  Page 2, line 11, by striking the word "ten"
  1 13 and inserting the following:  "five".
  1 14    #4.  Page 2, line 18, by striking the word "ten"
  1 15 and inserting the following:  "five".
