  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by striking line 9.
  1  4    #2.  By striking page 22, line 32, through page 23,
  1  5 line 1, and inserting the following:
  1  6    "NEW SUBSECTION.  2A.  "Agricultural land" means
  1  7 real property owned by a person in tracts of ten acres
  1  8 or more and not laid off into lots of less than ten
  1  9 acres or divided by streets and alleys into parcels of
  1 10 less than ten acres, and that is used for the
  1 11 production of agricultural commodities.  Such use of
  1 12 property includes, but is not".
