  1  3 inserting the following:  "instruction; provide
  1  4 direction and resources for early".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 16 through 18 and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "maintain, reduced class
  1  7 sizes in basic skills instruction for kindergarten
  1  8 through grade three."
  1  9    #3.  Page 2, by striking lines 21 and 22 and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "to reduce class sizes and
  1 11 to achieve a higher level of student".
