  1  1    Amend Senate File 414 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting before line 1 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 730.5, subsection 7, paragraph
  1  5 c, subparagraph (2), Code 1999, is amended to read as
  1  6 follows:
  1  7    (2)  An employee or prospective employee shall be
  1  8 provided an opportunity to provide any information
  1  9 which may be considered relevant to the test,
  1 10 including identification of prescription or
  1 11 nonprescription drugs currently or recently used, or
  1 12 other relevant medical information.  To assist an
  1 13 employee or prospective employee in providing the
  1 14 information described in this subparagraph, the
  1 15 employer shall provide an employee or prospective
  1 16 employee with a list of the drugs to be tested."
  1 17    #2.  Title page, by striking line 1 and inserting
  1 18 the following:  "An Act relating to drug and".
  1 19    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
