  1  1    Amend Senate File 192 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "4.  The department shall not include a conviction
  1  5 for a violation of this section on the individual
  1  6 driving record of the person committing the violation
  1  7 and the conviction shall not be considered by the
  1  8 department in any proceeding for suspension,
  1  9 revocation, barring, or denying of the person's
  1 10 driver's license or upon any application for renewal
  1 11 of driving privileges."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
