  1  1    Amend Senate File 437 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 10 through 13 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "with a one-time notice
  1  4 within thirty days of the furnishing of the labor or
  1  5 materials for which a lien claim is made, including
  1  6 the amount, kind, and value of the labor or materials
  1  7 furnished."
  1  8    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 15 through 18 and
  1  9 inserting the following:  "that the principal
  1 10 contractor was notified with a one-time notice within
  1 11 thirty days after the labor or materials were
  1 12 furnished of the amount, kind, and value of the labor
  1 13 or materials furnished."
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
