  1  1    Amend Senate File 445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 4, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  Section 99F.4A, Code 1999, is amended
  1  5 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  6    NEW SUBSECTION.  11.  The authority to impose any
  1  7 moratorium or prohibition under chapter 99D or 99F on
  1  8 the issuance of any new licenses or additional
  1  9 gambling equipment shall remain vested in the general
  1 10 assembly."
