  1  1    Amend Senate File 445 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by striking lines 15 and 16 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  "where gambling is being
  1  4 conducted except for employment purposes.  However, a
  1  5 person under eighteen years of age or older may be
  1  6 employed to work in a gambling nongambling areas
  1  7 only".
  1  8    #2.  Page 6, by inserting after line 20 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "Sec.    .  Section 99F.9, subsection 6, Code 1999,
  1 11 is amended to read as follows:
  1 12    6.  A licensee shall not accept a credit card as
  1 13 defined in section 537.1301, subsection 16, to
  1 14 purchase coins, tokens, or other forms of credit to be
  1 15 wagered on gambling games.  This section shall not be
  1 16 construed to prohibit a person access to the person's
  1 17 prearranged credit through a credit card or other
  1 18 means if the credit is extended by a nonlicensee."
