  1  1    Amend Senate File 203 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 24 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  321.377  REGIONAL TRANSIT
  1  5 SYSTEM TRANSPORTATION.
  1  6    A vehicle operated by a regional transit system as
  1  7 defined in section 324A.1 may only provide school
  1  8 transportation services pursuant to rules adopted by
  1  9 the department of education in consultation with the
  1 10 state department of transportation."
  1 11    #2.  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
  1 12 word "education," the following:  "transportation of
  1 13 students,".
  1 14    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
