  1  1    Amend Senate Resolution 1 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 37, by striking lines 15 through 21 and
  1  3 inserting the following:  
  1  4             "Smoking Restricted Prohibited
  1  5    In addition to a written policy on smoking
  1  6 restrictions adopted by the committee on rules and
  1  7 administration, smoking may be prohibited in room R15A
  1  8 by the committee or subcommittee chair when a
  1  9 committee or an appropriations subcommittee is meeting
  1 10 in room R15.
  1 11    Smoking shall not be permitted in the senate or in
  1 12 any area of the capitol building controlled by the
  1 13 senate or house."
