1 1 Section 1. Section 905.6, Code 1999, is amended by adding
1 2 the following new subsection:
1 3 NEW SUBSECTION. 9. Notify the county sheriff on a monthly
1 4 basis of the names of parolees being supervised in the
1 5 district who reside in the county of the county sheriff's
1 6 jurisdiction.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This bill requires the director of a judicial district
1 9 department of correctional services to notify a sheriff of the
1 10 names of parolees being supervised in the district who reside
1 11 in the county of the sheriff's jurisdiction.
