1 3 Sec. 2. 441 Iowa administrative code, rule 156.7, subrule
1 4 3, is nullified.
1 5 Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This joint resolution takes
1 6 effect January 1, 2001.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This joint resolution nullifies administrative rules of the
1 9 department of human services concerning rehabilitative
1 10 treatment and supportive services for children and families.
1 11 The Iowa administrative code (IAC) chapters affected are as
1 12 follows: chapter 441-152, relating to requirements for
1 13 contracting for the services; chapter 441-181, relating to the
1 14 supportive family assistance fund services and
1 15 nonrehabilitative treatment services available for family
1 16 preservation; chapter 441-182, relating to family-centered
1 17 services; and chapter 185, relating to rehabilitative
1 18 treatment services requirements. The joint resolution also
1 19 nullifies 441 IAC 156.7, subrule 3, relating to purchased
1 20 family foster care rehabilitative treatment services.
1 21 The joint resolution has a delayed effective date of
1 22 January 1, 2001.
