  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 24 through 28 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "2.  For facility utilization review services
  1  6 including a program statement, site recommendations,
  1  7 schematic designs, and other design development for
  1  8 additional facilities which will meet laboratory,
  1  9 office, and other facility needs of state agencies,
  1 10 including but not limited to interim or long-term
  1 11 leasing and relocation needs related to such projects,
  1 12 notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
  1 13 "c":  
  1 14 .................................................. $  3,200,000
  1 15    3.  For routine maintenance of state buildings and
  1 16 facilities under the purview of the department,
  1 17 notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
  1 18 "c":  
  1 19 .................................................. $  2,000,000
  1 20    The department shall quarterly file a report with
  1 21 the legislative fiscal bureau detailing the use and
  1 22 disposition of funds appropriated in this subsection."
  1 23    #2.  By striking page 4, line 10, through page 5,
  1 24 line 4.
  1 25    #3.  Page 5, by striking line 33 and inserting the
  1 26 following:  
  1 27 "................................................. $ 10,300,000"
  1 28    #4.  Page 7, by inserting after line 4 the
  1 29 following:
  1 30    "Sec. ___.  1999 Iowa Acts, chapter 204, section 6,
  1 31 unnumbered paragraph 2, is amended to read as follows:
  1 32    For planning, design, and construction of a new
  1 33 judicial building:  
  1 34 FY 1999-2000...................................... $ 10,000,000
  1 35 FY 2000-2001...................................... $ 10,000,000
  1 36                                                       8,000,000"
  1 37    #5.  By numbering, renumbering, and correcting internal
  1 38 references as necessary.
