1 8 "h. As a condition of the appropriation made in
1 9 this subsection, the director of the department of
1 10 corrections, in consultation with the directors of the
1 11 judicial district departments of correctional services
1 12 and the director of the department of workforce
1 13 development, shall consider developing a
1 14 rehabilitation program pilot project in two judicial
1 15 districts. The rehabilitation program pilot project
1 16 may include but is not limited to the following:
1 17 1. A career interest inventory assessment.
1 18 2. An employment program.
1 19 3. A treatment program.
1 20 4. An educational program.""
