1 3 #1. Page 1, line 10, by striking the word "Sunday"
1 4 and inserting the following: "Saturday".
1 5 #2. Page 1, by inserting after line 20 the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. . During the regular session of the
1 8 general assembly convening in 2002, the appropriate
1 9 committees shall review the impact that the exemption
1 10 enacted in section 1 of this Act has had in the
1 11 economy and tax revenues of the state. After
1 12 reviewing such impact, the appropriate committees
1 13 shall consider the benefits of expanding the exemption
1 14 enacted in section 1 of this Act to apply to sales of
1 15 articles of clothing and footwear regardless of when
1 16 such sales take place."
1 17 #3. By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
1 18 and correcting internal references as necessary.
