  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9074, to House File 2545, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 17, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "   .  TAXATION ON PROPERTY LEASED TO PRIVATE
  1  9 COMMERCIAL INTERESTS.  It is the intent of the general
  1 10 assembly that the Iowa public employees' retirement
  1 11 system division pay property taxes on that part of its
  1 12 land and buildings leased to private commercial
  1 13 interests.""
