  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-9010, to Senate File 2453,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "The first $300,000 of the amount appropriated in
  1  7 this subsection shall be allocated for community-based
  1  8 corrections projects in Council Bluffs.  The next
  1  9 $600,000 of the amount appropriated in this subsection
  1 10 shall be allocated for community-based corrections
  1 11 projects in the judicial district in which the city of
  1 12 Davenport is located.  These moneys may be used by the
  1 13 department to enter into lease-purchase agreements for
  1 14 such projects."
