  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 35, by striking the figure
  1  4 "$600,000" and inserting the following:  "$450,000".
  1  5    #2.  Page 2, by inserting after line 4 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Of the amount appropriated in this section,
  1  8 $150,000 shall be allocated for phase 1 of the project
  1  9 recommended by the Iowa battle flag advisory committee
  1 10 to stabilize the condition of the battle flag
  1 11 collection, notwithstanding any provision of this
  1 12 section to the contrary."
