  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 10, by striking lines 10 through 12 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "Of the moneys appropriated for each fiscal year in
  1  6 this section, ten percent shall be used for the
  1  7 development of marketing efforts and promotion of Iowa
  1  8 tourism attractions and events in markets outside the
  1  9 state.  Moneys for such out-of-state marketing and
  1 10 promotion shall be allocated equally among the three
  1 11 tourism regions in the state."
