  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 16, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Promotion of public education concerning the
  1  6 impact of domestic violence on children.
  1  7       .  Promotion of a batterers' education program
  1  8 for a parent who has assaulted a partner, as a
  1  9 requirement before that parent can have unsupervised
  1 10 visitation with a child."
