1 3 #1. Page 29, by inserting after line 11 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. ___. APPROPRIATIONS.
1 6 1. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
1 7 there is appropriated from the Iowa economic emergency
1 8 fund created in section 8.55, to the department of
1 9 economic development two hundred million dollars for
1 10 deposit in the vision Iowa fund created in section
1 11 12.72, notwithstanding any contrary provisions of
1 12 section 8.55.
1 13 2. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2001, and
1 14 for each of the two succeeding fiscal years,
1 15 notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph
1 16 "c", there is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa
1 17 infrastructure fund to the department of education
1 18 twenty-five million dollars for deposit in the school
1 19 infrastructure fund created in section 12.82."
1 20 #2. Title page, line 6, by striking the word
1 21 "and".
1 22 #3. Title page, line 7, by inserting after the
1 23 word "taxation" the following: ", and making
1 24 appropriations".
