  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 28, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "9.  If a school district receives financial
  1  6 assistance under the vision Iowa program created under
  1  7 section 15F.302 pursuant to a joint application
  1  8 submitted under section 15F.302, subsection 3, the
  1  9 school district shall not be eligible to receive
  1 10 financial assistance under the school infrastructure
  1 11 program."
