1 7 grants awarded in a fiscal year is less than the
1 8 maximum amount provided for grants for that fiscal
1 9 year in this subsection, the amount of the difference
1 10 shall be carried forward to subsequent fiscal years
1 11 for purposes of providing grants under the program and
1 12 the maximum amount of grants for each fiscal year, as
1 13 provided in this subsection, shall be adjusted
1 14 accordingly."
