  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 7, by inserting after line 28 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "8.  Of any moneys appropriated for deposit in the
  1  6 fund, up to ten percent may be used for the
  1  7 development of marketing efforts and promotion of Iowa
  1  8 tourism attractions and events in markets outside the
  1  9 state.  Moneys for such out-of-state marketing and
  1 10 promotion shall be allocated equally among the three
  1 11 tourism regions in the state."
