  1  1    Amend House File 2008, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 7 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  2000 Iowa Acts, House File 2486,
  1  6 section 5, if enacted, is amended to read as follows:
  1  7    SEC. 5.  Section 483A.1A, subsection 4, Code 1999,
  1  8 is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  9    d. e.  Is registered to vote in this state."
  1 10    #2.  Page 1, by striking line 22 and inserting the
  1 11 following:  "fishing and, if.  In lieu of carrying the
  1 12 person's earnings statement, the military person may
  1 13 also claim residency if the person is registered to
  1 14 vote in this state.  If a deer or wild turkey is
  1 15 taken, the military person shall".
  1 16    #3.  Page 1, by striking lines 24 through 32 and
  1 17 inserting the following:  "appropriate tag to
  1 18 transport the animal.  No A license shall not be".
  1 19    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 20 and correcting internal references as necessary.
