  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 33, by striking the word
  1  4 "audited" and inserting the following:  "negotiated".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 43, by striking the word
  1  6 "audited" and inserting the following:  "negotiated".
  1  7    #3.  Page 1, line 49, by striking the word
  1  8 "audited" and inserting the following:  "negotiated".
  1  9    #4.  Page 2, by striking lines 29 and 30, and
  1 10 inserting the following:  "service providers under the
  1 11 purview of the department of human services, with the
  1 12 exception of family support subsidy providers, by up
  1 13 to 1 percent over the rates in".
  1 14    #5.  By renumbering as necessary.
