1 3 #1. Page 16, line 25, by striking the figure
1 4 "150,000" and inserting the following: "75,000".
1 5 #2. Page 16, by inserting after line 30, the
1 6 following:
1 7 "Sec. 301. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. There is
1 8 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
1 9 department of agriculture and land stewardship, for
1 10 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and ending
1 11 June 30, 2000, the following amount, or so much
1 12 thereof as may be necessary, to be used for the
1 13 purpose designated:
1 14 To support the administrative division:
1 15 .................................................. $ 75,000
1 16 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated
1 17 in this section which remain unobligated or unexpended
1 18 at the close of the fiscal year shall not revert but
1 19 shall remain available to be used for the purpose
1 20 designated in the succeeding fiscal year."
1 21 #3. Page 19, by inserting after line 12, the
1 22 following:
1 23 " . Section 301 relating to supporting the
1 24 department of agriculture and land stewardship's
1 25 administrative division."
1 26 #4. By renumbering as necessary.
