  1  1    Amend Senate File 2332 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 14, the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "g.  Promotion of public education concerning the
  1  6 potential harm to children resulting from denial of
  1  7 visitation with either parent."
  1  8    #2.  Page 2, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "visitation" the following:  ", including but not
  1 10 limited to implementation of mutual drop-off sites and
  1 11 mediation for visitation and custody disputes".
  1 12    #3.  Page 2, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1 13 "families." the following:  "The membership shall
  1 14 include two members who represent custodial parents'
  1 15 rights entities and two members who represent
  1 16 noncustodial parents' rights entities."
  1 17    #4.  Page 3, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1 18 "improvement." the following:  "Such evaluation shall
  1 19 include a review of state policies and court practices
  1 20 that discourage or disenfranchise either parent from
  1 21 participating in their children's lives."
  1 22    #5.  Page 3, by inserting after line 24, the
  1 23 following:
  1 24    "   .  Review court practices that discourage or
  1 25 disenfranchise either parent from participating in
  1 26 their children's lives and submit a report to the
  1 27 supreme court recommending improvements."
  1 28    #6.  By renumbering as necessary.
