1 1 Amend Senate File 2433, as passed by the Senate, as

1 3 #1. Page 16, by inserting after line 9 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "Sec. 100. There is appropriated from the general
1 6 fund of the state for the fiscal year beginning July
1 7 1, 1999, and ending June 30, 2000, the sum of
1 8 $10,000,000 to the pooled technology account for the
1 9 purpose of supporting various technology programs.
1 10 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated to
1 11 the pooled technology account in this section which
1 12 remain unobligated or unencumbered at the close of the
1 13 fiscal year shall not revert but shall remain
1 14 available for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000,
1 15 and ending June 30, 2001."
